We collect information from you when you SUBSCRIBE to Hermosa Beach Marketing, LLC packages, subscriptions, and email newsletter OR Purchased our OWNED ASSET’s product(s) including Mani Pedi Salon Magazine.

When ordering or registering on our site, payment portals like PayPal, Chase Venmo, or CashApp as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or Apple ID.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers, but inside the portal that you used i.e. but not limited to Chase, PayPal or CashApp.

Cancellation Policy

SUBSCRIBERS’ AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL FEATURE: Your subscription automatically renews MONTHLY, ANNUALLY, BY 5 YEARS, and BY DECADE unless auto-renew is turned off at least 30 days before the end of the current period. For Mani Pedi Magazine, (24 hours before billing occurs), our iTunes account will automatically charge you at the same price for renewal if you do not cancel within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period (another year for annual subscribers, another month for monthly subscribers) unless you change your subscription preferences in your account settings. You can manage your subscriptions through your iTunes Account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. We Protect You

Rest assured your information is not being collected in any way shape or form by Mani Pedi Salon Magazine through your Apple ID Purchase. If you choose to receive PUSH notifications, you opt in to receiving an update. If you choose to purchase something inside our magazine from a vendor, the color GREY is used to indicate that the offer is not included in our privacy policy and is a separate entity altogether. If you choose to join our list for emails or text messages, we only send 1 per new issue.

Hermosa Beach Marketing, LLC has no need for your information. Hermosa Beach Marketing, LLC doesn’t do business with any other service as a white label. Hermosa Beach Marketing, LLC would require 6MM to purchase the company, does not intend to transfer web customers or past web customer contact informations upon the 6MM purchase, nor since 2007 has ever outsourced anything. All current customers would be contacted as to the terms of a final agreement upon intent to purchase.
